A cosmetic mod for World of Tanks that renders the number of Marks of Excellence you choose on the gun barrel — even if the tank actually has 0% marks.
The mod is purely visual and client-side: nothing is sent to the server, and no game files are modified. Other players will always see your real mark count.
Configuration
To change the number of displayed marks, or to toggle their display for allies/enemies, you’ll need one of the following:
- ModsSettingsApi – if you use modpacks, you most likely already have it installed;
- or the optional config from this repository.
Original idea and code – the mod_InsigniaOnGun.py mod by Polyacov_Yury from the PYmods repository.
The author archived his repository and allowed others to adapt his mods for current game versions or continue developing the idea. This repository is an adaptation of the mod for the current version of World of Tanks.
