Assistive technology for players with physical disabilities. Lets them
control tank movement (forward / reverse / turning) in World of Tanks
using the pedals of their existing Logitech G29 wheel instead of the
keyboard, so their one working hand can stay on the mouse for aiming
and firing at all times.
How it works:
– Reads standard USB HID reports directly from an already-connected,
commercially available wheel+pedal set. No modification of the
device’s drivers or calibration — other games work with the wheel
exactly as before.
– Pedal position is translated 1:1 into standard key presses (W/A/S/D)
via the Win32 SendInput API — the same mechanism used by common,
legal, commercial remapping tools (AntiMicroX, reWASD, Steam Input,
JoyToKey).
– Only active while WorldOfTanks.exe is the foreground window.
– Starts automatically with the game, releases all keys and stops the
moment the game closes.
What it does NOT do:
– Does not read or modify game process memory, does not modify game
files.
– Does not automate aiming or firing — that stays 100% manual, via
mouse.
– Zero informational, aiming, or timing advantage — it is purely an
alternative input method.
