A from-scratch, modern reconstruction of the iconic J1mB0’s Crosshair, which has not been developed since WoT 0.9.15.1.
FEATURES
• Real dispersion: the vanilla circle is drawn ~1.7x bigger than the gun’s actual dispersion. This mod scales it to the real size, so the circle shows where your shells can really go. (Prefer vanilla size? Set “multiplier” to 1.0 in the config.)
• Two circles instead of one: the outer circle shows the full (real) dispersion, the inner circle (half the radius) shows where most shots land, so you can fire before the reticle fully converges.
• Reload ring around the crosshair in both arcade and sniper mode: fills while reloading, flashes when the gun is ready.
• Gun depression/elevation arc below the crosshair: a dot shows the remaining gun angle and turns amber, then red, near the limit.
• Turret traverse arc above the crosshair, only for vehicles with limited traverse (TDs, casemates). Detected automatically from game data, so it works with every vehicle.
THREE VARIANTS (included in the archive)
• v1 Classic: thin black circles and a dot with a light halo, like the original.
• v2 Full HUD (default): white circles, plus a lens frame with HP and reload bars in sniper mode.
• v3 Bold: thicker lines for crowded maps and high resolutions.
Uses only data about your own vehicle. Shows nothing about enemies.
Built on the open-source Dispersion Reticle by Pruszko (MIT). This is a separate mod with its own reticle and indicators. Do not install it together with the original Dispersion Reticle, Better Reticle Size or server marker mods.
